In Queensland you upgrade to an MR licence through Transport and Main Roads (TMR). You need a C class licence held for 1 year within the last 5 years, a medical fitness declaration and a practical test booked on 13 23 80 or online. TMR lists the practical test at $69.40 and the knowledge test at $29.70.
